With 25 years in restaurant management, including roles like bar manager, kitchen manager, and director of operations, Monte has honed his expertise with iconic brands like Wolfgang Puck and Fleming’s Steakhouse. His extensive background led him to become a High-Performance restaurant coach, consultant, author, and speaker.
